Our players are at the heart of everything we do — and our CRM is a key part of how we keep them engaged, rewarded, and coming back for more.

We’re looking for a CRM Team Lead to take full ownership of our lifecycle communications, lead our CRM strategy, and manage a growing team of CRM specialists.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CRM strategy, including lifecycle, promotional, and transactional communications.
• Manage and mentor a team of CRM managers and/or specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and development support.
• Build and optimize segmentation strategies to personalize player experiences and drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS) that align with key product and monetization goals.
• Define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and drive continuous optimization through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, creative, monetization, and tech teams to deliver cohesive and timely player messaging.
• Stay ahead of CRM trends, tools, and best practices — and implement them to evolve our capabilities.
• Ensure CRM operations are compliant, scalable, and aligned with RealPlay’s tone of voice and brand values.

Requirements:

• 4 years of hands-on CRM experience in B2C digital products (ideally in gaming, entertainment, or mobile apps).
• Experience leading or mentoring a CRM team or lifecycle marketing specialists.
• Expertise in lifecycle marketing, campaign planning, and multi-channel communication strategies.
• Deep familiarity with CRM tools (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical skills — confident working with data and A/B testing to make informed decisions.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Experience working with creative, product, and tech teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Passion for player behavior and user experience in gaming is a strong advantage.
