Role Overview:

A tech company in Tel Aviv (near the train station) is hiring two experienced Project Managers to lead complex software initiatives.

The role covers full project lifecycle ownership: planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and coordination with local development teams.

Projects span SaaS, Cloud, Web, Mobile, and AI/ML environments.

Hybrid model: one work-from-home day + another flexible-start day.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing software projects in tech companies.
• Proven experience leading Web development projects, including full website lifecycle, digital platforms, and mobile development projects.
• Background managing projects in Web systems, automation, mobile apps, and digital products (mandatory per hiring manager).
• Strong understanding of architecture, development processes, databases, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Experience in budget management, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Working with local development teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Monday, Trello – not required to know all).
• High-level English (writing, reading, speaking).
