The Role

We are looking for Senior Software Developers with strong React experience to join our fast-growing Network. You will play a key role in building modern web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future of user experiences across various platforms.

This is a long-term, full-time remote engagement. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and deliver impactful features in real products.

Main responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React and Next.js
• Develop and maintain backend logic, APIs, and server-side functionality using Node.js
• Optimize application performance to ensure scalability, maintainability, and a seamless user experience across devices and browsers
• Contribute to frontend and Next.js architecture decisions, focusing on modular design and reusable UI patterns
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with modern engineering standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, proactively improving functionality across both client and server layers
• Engage in agile workflows, providing input on sprints, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces
• Participate actively in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and contribute to team best practices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrable, production-level experience developing and architecting applications with React and its broader ecosystem
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering, routing, and performance optimization
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js for building server-side logic, APIs, and backend integrations
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS-in-JS or preprocessor solutions
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil) and understanding of their trade-offs
• Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous operations, and frontend-backend integration
• Experience with unit and integration testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work in an agile environment

Nice to have

• Experience with backend technologies, databases, cloud services, and any tech stack beyond JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and building modular, reusable components using design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns
• Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization best practices
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or other modern API paradigms.
• Contributions to open-source projects and developer communities
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments or cross-functional teams
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and visually compelling interfaces
