A fast-growing fintech company operating in the payments space is looking for a VP Sales to join its executive leadership team and fuel the next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll lead a high-performing sales organization of talented reps (managed through a call-center manager), while personally owning strategic, high-impact deals and building major business partnerships.

The company is in strong momentum, backed by a powerful marketing engine generating dozens of underutilized inbound leads every day. They’re looking for a leader who can turn this momentum into scale.

What you’ll own:

• Full leadership of the sales department, including mentoring the sales manager and guiding a team of top-performing reps.
• Taking a hands-on role in complex enterprise sales processes, including regulatory-heavy deals.
• Driving strategic business development to secure large, meaningful partnerships.
• Building and optimizing KPIs, sales processes, and target achievement frameworks.
• Working closely with cross-company stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Converting a strong inbound funnel into predictable, scalable revenue.

This is an Executive role in a scaling fintech company.

Office location: Hashron area.
