Houdini Predictions is looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to launch and manage acquisition campaigns in South Africa.

We are a fast-growing AI-driven football predictions platform with strong traffic from SA, and we want to scale our reach with targeted paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

Your goal will be to bring quality traffic, registrations, and engaged users to our website.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns for South Africa (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok – optional)
• Drive high-quality traffic and new user registrations
• Build targeting based on football/sports betting audiences
• Create ad copy, visuals, and landing page suggestions
• Monitor daily performance (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA)
• Implement tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversions)
• Scale what works and cut what doesn’t
• Prepare weekly performance reports

Requirements

• Experience managing Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads
• MUST understand the South African market
• Experience with sports, betting, or iGaming – big advantage
• Proven ability to lower CPA and scale campaigns
• Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, etc.)
• Ability to create text & assets for ads
• Independent, reliable, results-driven

Nice to Have

• Experience with iGaming acquisition campaigns
• Experience with retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Knowledge of football and betting terms
• Ability to work with AI tools
