A leading financial organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to join its Internal Audit Division. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and professional team that drives real impact across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

Lead audits across diverse business domains, including risk analysis, findings presentation, and actionable recommendations

Identify operational and business risk areas and suggest enhancements to control environments

Develop and implement process controls to optimize performance and reduce exposure

Perform data analysis, identify anomalies, and draw conclusions based on operational and financial information

Validate processes and assess compliance with internal policies and procedures

Collaborate with departments including Risk Management, Legal, and other cross-functional units

Present findings to the Audit Committee and participate in executive-level discussions

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing

Experience in the insurance sector – a significant advantage

Strong background in data analysis and familiarity with tools such as SQL, BI systems, AI-based tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sharp analytical thinking with a systemic approach and risk-identification ability

High level of initiative, independence, and the ability to drive processes forward

Meticulous attention to detail combined with teamwork and collaboration capabilities
