Sales Manager – EMEA (Medical Device Contract Manufacturing )

With deep expertise in precision machining, advanced metals manufacturing, and full CMO/CDMO support for complex implantable and instrumented solutions, the company is entering an exciting new phase under strong ownership and strategic investment. With momentum building globally, they are now seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead commercial expansion across the EMEA region.

The opportunity:

As Sales Manager EMEA, you will drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and winning programs with medical device OEMs throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll focus on building a robust pipeline in the orthopedics sector—implants, instruments, and complex assemblies—while nurturing key strategic accounts and collaborating closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver high-value outsourced manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Generate, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across the EMEA medical device landscape, with a primary focus on orthopedics.
• Develop territory strategy, track emerging market opportunities, and build strong relationships with OEM decision-makers.
• Act as the commercial bridge between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and successful program delivery.
• Lead customer presentations, capability discussions, and solution-based selling efforts incorporating CMO and CDMO offerings.
• Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and customer site visits.

Ideal profile:

• Proven success selling to OEMs within the medical device sector—orthopedics experience strongly preferred.
• Background in precision machining, metals manufacturing, or outsourced development and manufacturing services.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA medical device ecosystem and existing OEM networks.
• Self-driven, strategic, and comfortable managing a broad, multicultural region with significant autonomy.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex manufacturing capabilities with clarity and confidence.
