Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager based in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for remote work. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing trends to optimize marketing efforts. Additionally, this individual will oversee brand initiatives, manage content creation, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive messaging in line with company goals and values.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social channels.
• Create and manage engaging content (video, photo, copy) tailored to each platform.
• Develop and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align messaging and strategy.
• Manage the company’s social media calendar and community engagement.
• Optimize funnels across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Experience running paid ads and analyzing performance metrics.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Experience working in startups or small, fast-moving teams.
