We are looking for a multi-disciplinary professional with strong execution skills, responsible for managing digital interfaces, supporting sales, and leading critical operational processes that drive the company’s growth. This is a key role working directly with the CEO.

Core Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Asset Management

• Manage the company’s digital assets: ongoing maintenance, optimization, and development of websites and digital channels (website, social media).
• Website development and updates: leading development processes, working with developers, ongoing content updates, and structural improvements.
• Managing paid campaigns: planning, launching, monitoring, and analyzing campaigns across social platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Google).
• Managing external vendors: coordinating and overseeing content writers, ad designers, and giveaway suppliers—including briefing, quality control, and timeline management.

2. Sales Support & Executive Administration

• Lead management & business development: identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing potential clients.
• Scheduling & calendar management: coordinating and managing client meetings, including complex scheduling.
• Deal closing & legal operations: preparing contracts, tracking status, and managing client signature processes.

3. Operations & Information Systems Development (ERP/CRM)

• Improving internal systems: defining new features for the company’s ERP system to optimize business processes.
• Issue and improvement management: opening bugs and tasks in Jira and working with development teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, managing paid campaigns, and digital assets — mandatory.
• Experience working with CRM/ERP systems and business process mapping — significant advantage.
• Strong familiarity with Jira or a similar task management system.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple interfaces simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and “think big” across various domains.
• Strong sales/service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
