About the role:

The Registration Operations Manager (ROM) plays a central role in supporting and executing all registration operations across Mayanot Israel’s three program lines — Birthright Israel Trips and Volunteer in Israel Programs (both currently active), and the upcoming Onward Internship Programs.

Working closely with the Director of Registration, the ROM ensures a smooth, organized, and results-driven registration process—from lead generation to participant assignment—while maintaining excellence in communication, customer service, and operational performance.

This position serves as the right hand to the Director of Registration, helping oversee staff, call center operations, applicant management, and the overall conversion funnel.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily registration operations, including staff coordination & call center.
• Maintain high-quality communication and support for applicants and participants
• Ensure efficient handling of interviews, document collection, and system updates
• Drive applicant conversion and support marketing campaigns in coordination with other departments
• Assist in trip fulfillment, group assignments, and deadline management
• Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency, quality, and overall customer experience
