סטארט־אפ צעיר הפועל במתכונת Stealth Mode מחפש מפתח/ת Full-Stack חזק/ה להצטרפות ככוח טכנולוגי ראשון (Founding Engineer), עם אפשרות להתפתח לתפקיד CTO בהמשך. החברה בונה פלטפורמה חדשנית בעולם ה-Consumer / Retail Tech , ומחפשת שותף/פה טכנולוגי עם יכולת הובלה, חשיבה מוצרית ושליטה מלאה בפיתוח Web מקצה לקצה. התגמול בשלב זה מתבסס על Equity בלבד, עד שלב גיוס ה-Pre-Seed. החברה בונה פלטפורמה חדשנית בעולם ה־Consumer / Retail Tech, ולכן ניסיון קודם בעולמות כמו Retail Tech, FinTech Consumer, Loyalty/CRM, מערכות SMB או פתרונות תשלומים ייחשב כיתרון

תחומי אחריות הקמה מלאה של מוצר Web חדש מאפס (Greenfield). הובלת ארכיטקטורה, בחירת טכנולוגיות והקמה של תשתית Production. פיתוח Backend ו־Frontend מלא (React/Next.js + Node/TS). אחריות על סקיילינג, אבטחה, DevOps ו-Cloud Infrastructure. שותפות בקבלת החלטות אסטרטגיות מוצריות. בהמשך: בניית צוות פיתוח וניהולו.

דרישות חובה ניסיון משמעותי כ-Full-Stack Engineer (5+ שנים). פיתוח מערכות SaaS / Consumer Products / Small-Business Tools. ידע מוכח ב-JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js. ניסיון בהקמת מוצר מאפס – יתרון עצום. ניסיון בענן (AWS / GCP / Azure). גישה של Owner – מסוגלות טכנית והובלת פיתוח באופן עצמאי.

ניסיון ב-Retail Tech, FinTech Consumer, CRM/Loyalty, או מערכות SMB. היכרות עם עולמות POS / QR / Digital Passes / Payment Flows. ניסיון בחברות early-stage (0→1).

A young startup operating in Stealth Mode is looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer to join as the first technical hire (Founding Engineer) with a real path to CTO.

Responsibilities Build an entire Web product from scratch (Greenfield). Lead architecture, choose technologies, and build production-ready infrastructure. Full Backend & Frontend development (Node.js/TS + React/Next.js). Ownership of scaling, security, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure. Active involvement in strategic product decisions. Later on: hiring and leading the engineering team. Requirements 5+ years as a Full-Stack Engineer. Experience building SaaS / Consumer Products / SMB Tools. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js. Significant advantage: experience building products from scratch (0→1). Experience with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure). Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Experience in Retail Tech, Consumer FinTech, CRM/Loyalty, or SMB systems. Familiarity with POS systems, Payment Flows, QR, Wallet Passes, digital payments. Background in early-stage startups (0→1).‬
