Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in the electronic security, IoT, telecom, or connected devices industry
● Proven sales and business development experience in European markets
● Strong technical understanding of security systems (intrusion alarms, sensors, control panels, monitoring, video integration, IoT connectivity, etc.)
● Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, lead the full sales cycle, and close deals
● Experience developing distributors, installers, SI partners or channel networks
● Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C-level, technical teams, and partners
● Analytical mindset with the ability to read market trends, spot opportunities, and propose effective solutions
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
● Knowledge of European compliance and security standards is a plus
● Fluent English required; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
● Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in assigned European regions
● Develop and execute a market entry and growth strategy aligned with Roombanker’s global vision
● Expand Roombanker’s partner network: identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors, installers, integrators, and monitoring companies
● Build strong long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
● Identify high-potential vertical markets (residential, SMB, property management, retail, logistics, etc.)
● Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, risks, and emerging opportunities
● Provide product training, sales presentations, and solution demonstrations to partners
● Participate in industry exhibitions, roadshows, and customer events across Europe
● Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and support
● Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements with partners and key clients
● Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and account management
● Drive brand visibility and market awareness throughout the region
