Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting AI model training and deployment.
• Lead prompt engineering efforts, including creation, testing, and iterative refinement to optimize AI model responses.
• Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers to integrate robust frontend and backend components for AI workflows.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and training outcomes with precise written communication.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and scalability of AI systems.
• Contribute to the design and execution of testing protocols for AI models and supporting applications.
• Convey complex technical concepts effectively in both written and verbal forms, ensuring alignment across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies (such as React/Vue and Node.js/Python).
• Experience with databases, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with AI model training and prompt engineering.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results in remote and collaborative settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on AI training or prompt engineering projects.
• Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI technologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects or published technical articles.
