BI Lead – Tel Aviv (Hybrid)

Description:

We are hiring a BI Lead to combine hands-on technical work with meaningful leadership. If you have deep BI expertise, enjoy building modern data infrastructure, and have experience guiding developers or leading BI initiatives, this role may be the next step in your career.

What you will do:

• Lead BI development, including ETL, DWH, and data flows
• Define BI architecture and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions
• Mentor BI developers and support their professional growth
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools
• Collaborate with business teams and translate needs into data solutions
• Take full ownership of BI deliverables and processes

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years in BI development (mandatory)
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with ETL and DWH
• Experience leading BI tasks, initiatives, or team members
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advantage: involvement in business analysis or cross-org projects

Location: Tel Aviv

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days from home)
