We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead BI Developer

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Overall, as the Lead BI Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of ETL processes and Data Pipelines from core organizational systems (Policies, Claims, Billing, Finance, and more).

You’ll design and implement advanced Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures, integrate data from both On-Prem and Cloud systems, and shape the organization’s data architecture and standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in BI development (ETL, DWH, Reporting)

• One year in a senior or technical leadership role

• Strong knowledge of SQL / T-SQL and Python / Scala

• Hands-on experience with BI tools: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI

• Experience with API integration and real-time data sources

• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure Data Factory

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kafka / Spark Streaming / Event Hubs

• Knowledge of Databricks / Snowflake / Synapse

• Background in the insurance industry
