Are you a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for driving results in the digital marketing world?
We’re looking for a talented and results-driven Social User Acquisition Manager to join a dynamic marketing team!
What You’ll Do:
Develop, implement, and optimize large-scale, performance-based campaigns on Meta Ads and other social platforms.
Monitor and analyze KPIs daily, dynamically scaling activities to maximize results.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies, adapting campaigns accordingly.
Collaborate closely with creative and cross-functional teams to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale international Meta (Facebook & Instagram) performance campaigns (budgets of $500K+), focused on B2C eCommerce growth.
1–2 years of experience running TikTok performance campaigns – a strong plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Experience in the online comparison or affiliate space – an advantage.
Fluent English – written and spoken, required.
