Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an Accounting, Tax & Financial - AI Trainer where you will leverage your expertise to advance the next generation of AI models. In this unique role, you will develop training materials, create comprehensive rubrics, and support the enhancement of AI capabilities in the accounting and finance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content and rubrics for AI systems based on accounting, tax, and financial principles.
• Analyze, review, and validate financial data sets to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Contribute your deep understanding of tax regulations and accounting systems to guide AI model improvements.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to enhance model performance and training protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest financial legislation, tax codes, and compliance requirements, integrating this knowledge into AI training.
• Utilize your proficiency with accounting systems and ERPs to support the evaluation and benchmarking of AI outputs.
• Communicate findings, feedback, and technical details clearly to cross-functional teams, both in writing and verbally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a tax accountant with a strong background in accounting and tax regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Expertise in accounting systems and ERP platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize complex accounting concepts into clear and actionable rubrics or training content.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in financial contexts.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, dynamic, AI-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, or model evaluation related to finance or accounting.
• Advanced certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with the design and delivery of training for AI or technical audiences.
