Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Asset Manager role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Real Estate Asset Manager will oversee and manage the operation, performance, and financial optimization of commercial real estate assets. Responsibilities include analyzing property performance, strategizing for asset improvements, coordinating with property management teams, and ensuring alignment with overall financial and operational objectives. The role also involves managing budgets, finacial reports, negotiating contracts and loans, sale of properties and contributing to strategic investment decisions and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Real Estate asset management, including property analysis, financial performance evaluation, and asset value optimization.
• Experience with editing and reviewing financial reports/book keeping data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and market analysis related to commercial real estate investments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in property management coordination, tenant relationship management, and lease negotiation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the European real estate market, particularly in Germany, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as MS Excel and property management systems, is preferred.
