Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee and operate multiple commercial assets simultaneously.

The role includes managing daily operations, maintenance, service providers, tenant relations, and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all sites.

Responsibilities also include budget oversight, implementing operational improvements, and maintaining high service and safety standards across all properties.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple commercial properties (not a single-site role).
• Strong operational and financial skills, including budget management.
• Experience leading on-site teams and managing suppliers/contractors.
• Proven ability to improve processes and implement efficiency initiatives.
• High proficiency in Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems – advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, independence, and ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant academic degree – advantage.
