A leading global technology provider is seeking a Field Sales Manager to support and grow relationships with OEMs and innovative tech companies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about electronics, embedded computing, and next-generation hardware solutions. What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow an assigned account base, increasing market share and driving revenue.
• Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities to build a strong pipeline.
• Define key markets and target new customers using structured sales methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts responsible for design and solution selection.
• Support customers with supply chain management and value-added services.
• Develop strategic account plans and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in the OEM or ISV/Data Center sector as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
• Must have experience selling embedded/industrial computing and server solutions.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the electronics industry (hardware, embedded computing, high-level servers, storage, etc.).
• Strong ability to deliver client-focused, technical solutions for OEM customers.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• B.Sc. or Engineering degree in Electronics or Computer Science.
• Fluency in English.
