We are looking for a hands-on, people-centric * * Tech Recruiter * * with experience in SaaS companies to lead and execute recruitment processes across Duve. The role is primarily operational, with full ownership over sourcing, candidate pipelines, and day-to-day recruitment activities. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, shape interview processes, and drive informed hiring decisions. This is a chance to join a fast-growing product company and help build the teams shaping the future of hospitality tech. As Duve grows, there is potential for this role to evolve into a Talent Partner or Recruitment Lead.
Full time position, based on working from the office (Bursa District, Ramat Gan).
Experience with HR tech/ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Comeet, etc.)
Experience in employer branding initiatives
Familiarity with data-driven hiring KPIs
2-4+ years of experience as a Tech Recruiter in a SaaS/tech environment.
Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
Strong familiarity with SaaS org structures (R&D, Product, Sales, CS).
Hands-on sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter + additional sourcing tools (AI).
Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment where quality and speed must coexist.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
A team player with strong ownership, agility, and problem-solving mindset, aligned with Duve values (Move Fast, Own It, Be Collaborative).
Own full-cycle recruitment for 3–4 roles in parallel, across multiple departments and varying levels of seniority.
Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, interview processes, requirements, and success criteria.
Write clear, engaging job descriptions aligned with Duve’s technology, platform, and business needs.
Lead hands-on sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound research, talent communities, and additional AI-based tools.
Conduct screening interviews and assess both technical understanding and culture fit. Full-cycle at Duve includes deep familiarity with the product, organizational structure, and business goals to ensure accurate hiring decisions.
Manage interview logistics, follow-ups, feedback loops, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Track recruitment KPIs in the ATS and share periodic insights with the leadership team.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand SaaS roles, both technical and non-technical (R&D, Product, Growth, CS, and more).
Collaborate with Marketing & HR on employer branding initiatives, including events and strategic content.
Represent Duve in professional communities, meetups, and hiring events.
Report to: Head of HR. Major process changes require HR/leadership approval, while day-to-day execution is fully owned by the recruiter.
