We are a very large, well-established regulated Forex company seeking an experienced Analyst to join our team in Israel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of the FX/CFD industry, and proven experience working within a regulated environment. This is a full-time, office-based role for candidates currently living in Israel.

As an Analyst, you will work closely with multiple departments, including Risk, Compliance, Finance, Dealing, Operations, Sales, and Retention. You will be responsible for analysing trading activity, monitoring KPIs, generating performance reports, identifying irregularities, and supporting management with data-driven insights that contribute to operational and strategic decisions.

• Analyse client behaviour, trading patterns, and market trends

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management

• Monitor KPIs across Sales, Retention, Risk, and Operations

• Identify discrepancies, potential risks, or unusual activity

• Support decision-making with accurate data insights

• Build and maintain dashboards and analytical models

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Ensure all analysis adheres to regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and performance

• Present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively

Requirements

• MUST be located in Israel

• MUST have previous experience working for a **regulated Forex/CFD company
  **

• Strong analytical and statistical skills

• Advanced Excel skills; SQL and BI tools are a strong advantage

• Understanding of Forex trading platforms, KPIs, and operational flows

• Ability to analyse large data sets and produce actionable insights

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Team player with the ability to work across departments
