We are looking for a dedicated B2C Sales Manager with English and Russian language fluency to join our fully remote team and drive our global sales efforts. We believe in the power of effective sales strategies and are seeking a talented individual to drive our B2C sales efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell our B2C job search and relocation services
• Manage and convert inbound leads
• Re-engage dormant clients and identify new opportunities
• Conduct sales video calls
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, relocation, and operations teams
• Track activity and performance in HubSpot CRM
• Report regularly on KPIs and results

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian and English (C1 minimum)
• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Proven ability to close deals via phone/video calls
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven attitude

Nice to Have:

• Experience in EdTech, services, or relocation
• Background in high-value B2C deal closing (€5K+)
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Workspace tools
