We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Office & Employee Experience Manager to join us for a 6-8 month maternity cover.

In this role, you’ll be the heart of the office — ensuring smooth daily operations, creating a positive atmosphere, and driving initiatives that make our workplace inspiring, welcoming, and fun.

Responsibilities:

Office Management IL:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendors, supplies, and facilities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related matters, ensuring a smooth and well-functioning environment.
  • Manage budgets, invoices, and coordination with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Global Employee Experience:
  • Plan and execute company-wide events, celebrations, and initiatives that strengthen culture and connection.
  • Manage the annual budget, oversee invoices, and collaborate with the finance team.
  • Manage engagement activities, new hire onboarding, and employee well-being programs.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where employees love to come to work.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve the employee experience journey.
  • Ensure all of our sites around the world feel connected, fostering a consistent and inclusive company culture globally.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, employee experience, or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A natural people-person with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with HR, leadership, and other teams.
  • Strong communication skills (English – written and verbal).
  • Creativity and passion for building a great workplace culture.
