We are seeking a talented Customer Support specialist to join our Customer Success team.

Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you will:

• You will communicate directly with partners and customers to solve problems, answer questions, and give advice and support.
• You will be the 1st / 2nd - tier support.
• You will install systems and train customers and partners on site and remotely.
• Record and report common product and service complaints
• Work closely with R&D teams in an Agile environment

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years of experience as Customer Support Engineer or equivalent position.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environment.
• Willing to travel up to 30%
• Highly proficient English - written and verbal.
• Experience in training customers.

Nice to have:

• Experience with support of combined hardware-software complex systems
• Experience working with On-Prem environments.
• Experience in coding, scripting, and automation capabilities - advantage
• Familiar with CRM tools
• Knowledge of reading logs of complex multi-process environment
