מנהלת הקהילה והתוכן תהיה אחראית על הניהול השוטף של קהילת Lempert Family Office, קהילה אינטימית ומקצועית הכוללת מעל 150 כשירים (כהגדרתם בחוק) - יזמים ובכירים במשק. התפקיד כולל ניהול תקשורת יומיומית בווטסאפ, יצירת תוכן וניסוח חומרים עבור פוסטים, סרטונים וניוזלטרים, חיזוק הקשר עם חברי הקהילה והובלת מהלכי צמיחה, לרבות פנייה יזומה בלינקדאין לאנשים רלוונטיים לצירוף לקהילה. התפקיד משלב חשיבה פיננסית, יכולת ניסוח גבוהה, יוזמה, ותיאום מול כלל גורמי התוכן והשיווק בחברה.

• • Role description * *

The Community & Content Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Lempert Family Office community * * - * * an intimate, professional network of over 150 qualified investors (as defined by law), including entrepreneurs and senior executives.

The role includes managing daily communication on WhatsApp, creating and drafting content for posts, videos, and newsletters, strengthening relationships with community members, and leading growth initiatives, including proactive outreach on LinkedIn to relevant professionals. The position requires financial thinking, strong writing abilities, initiative, and coordination with all content and marketing stakeholders in the company.

• Experience in community management, professional content writing, and digital activity
