Ortra Incoming is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Incoming Tour Operator to join our dynamic, young-spirited team in the heart of Tel Aviv

In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning, coordinating, and managing incoming tour groups and missions. From the first inquiry to the final farewell, you’ll help craft meaningful experiences while ensuring the highest level of service that is a value we take seriously and pride ourselves on every single day!

We’re looking for someone who

• Excels in communication and builds strong, positive relationships
• Has a proven experience in high-level tour operations
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a computer-based environment, including excellent command of Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and similar platforms
• Is fluent in English (our main working language) and Hebrew. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Can multitask under pressure without losing their smile
• Shares our passion for showcasing Israel at its very best
