Projects Controller & Collections Specialist

An international entertainment company is seeking a highly skilled Projects Controller & Collections Specialist to join its Finance Department. This key role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment within a professional and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Process Oversight:

• Lead internal audit activities, conduct in‑depth financial reviews, and implement process improvements.

• Ensure full compliance with SOX standards and internal control procedures.

Collections & Credit Management:

• Manage the end‑to‑end collections process and monitor customer accounts.

• Track outstanding balances, lead collection efforts, and maintain ongoing client communication.

Account Reconciliation:

• Oversee account reconciliations, including revenue cycle controls and month‑end closing processes.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Credit Card Settlements:

• Manage collection workflows related to credit card transactions.

• Conduct reconciliations with credit card companies.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

• Track and process project‑related supplier invoices.

• Manage the full payment cycle according to project budgets.

Budget Management:

• Build project budgets and monitor performance versus forecasts.

• Provide financial insights to support project decision‑making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong command of Excel (advanced level).

• Experience with Hashavshevet – an advantage.

• High analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and organization.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Location & Work Conditions:

• Full‑time position based in Ramat Gan (near the train station).

• Availability for overtime when required.
