**Role Summary

The role also includes close cooperation with engineering leadership to broaden expertise, solve technical challenges, and integrate research outcomes into product development. Supporting team members through coaching, skill-building, and professional growth is also a key part of the job.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in a relevant technical field
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and the internal architecture of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Proficiency in reverse engineering and in using both dynamic and static analysis tools
• Solid familiarity with cybersecurity principles and the broader security ecosystem
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and to communicate complex technical ideas clearly
• Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of endpoint defense mechanisms and common methods used to circumvent them
• Practical experience with low-level programming languages such as C, C++ or Rust
