We replace spreadsheets, guesswork, and last-minute SOW panic with an automated, intelligent workflow. We’re a fast-growing SaaS startup working with enterprise teams that need to scope, quote, and deliver with confidence.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, sharp, and excited to build. This is a startup role where you’ll run implementations, lead customer onboarding, and create the foundations for both Professional Services and Customer Success.

You’ll own the customer journey from first idea to go-live. You’ll deliver projects yourself early on, then turn that experience into repeatable playbooks, processes, and eventually a team you’ll lead as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver the full customer journey from idea to go-live.
• Lead implementations end-to-end.
• Build strong customer relationships that drive adoption and outcomes.
• Create playbooks, workflows, and processes that help us scale.
• Bring customer insights to Product and Engineering.
• Grow into a leadership role as the company expands.

About You

• 2–6 years of experience in Professional Services within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Track record of taking customers all the way to go-live.
• Clear communicator who works well with executives and technical teams.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
• Excited to be both a doer and a builder with a path to leadership.
