Factory 54 is looking for a Buyer for the coveted brand LULULEMON

The role is an integral part of the fashion department’s buying team. Responsibilities include assisting in the selection of collections, tracking orders and deliveries, communicating with the brand, analyzing sales and trends, managing inventory in coordination with stores and orders, and supporting daily operations and cross-departmental coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the brand’s buying processes.
• Manage and track store sales and merchandise operations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the brand.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports to support decision-making.
• Update and maintain databases and information systems (Oren, Excel, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal departments: Marketing, Logistics, Retail, Brand Positioning.
• Monitor trends, innovations, and market changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or fashion retail trade
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant information systems (Oren, Quick View).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good command of English – spoken, reading, and written.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Passion for fashion.
