Part-time position (10–12 weekly hours, at least 4 working days a week), hybrid.

Vegan Friendly believes that in order to make veganism a common lifestyle in Israel, it must become mainstream. Veganism needs to be accessible to the general public, available, accepted, and supported by activities that educate and raise public awareness.

About the role:
The offered position is managing global recruitment processes at Vegan Friendly.
Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for and oversight of recruitment processes in Israel and abroad
• Posting positions on various platforms
• Screening and sorting CVs
• Conducting phone interviews with candidates
• Maintaining relationships with candidates
• Targeted recruitment (headhunting)
About you:
• High motivation to promote sustainability, animal rights, and a vegan lifestyle
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, screening, and conducting personal interviews- an advantage
• Academic degree in social sciences / psychology or equivalent experience- an advantage
• Multitasking- excellent performance under pressure and multiple tasks
• Excellent Hebrew- required
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent English- required
• Experience in international recruitment- significant advantage
