The opportunity:

As a Director of Software Engineering, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the technical vision and engineering capabilities of ODDITY's newest growing brand. You will oversee the development, delivery, and optimization of our digital platforms, ensuring they are scalable, advanced, and aligned with our product roadmap. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance hands-on technical guidance with strong team leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage the engineering organization, including backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Define and execute the engineering roadmap in partnership with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and processes to ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Drive architectural decisions, ensuring our systems are built for excellent performance, scalability, and long-term growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop talent, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
• Oversee project execution, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into clear technical requirements and solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and proactively recommend tools and approaches that enhance our product, efficiency, or user experience.
• Ensure operational excellence, including monitoring and continuous improvement practices.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, methodologies, and release management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in management
