Position Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead with strong leadership skills, hands-on development experience, and a passion for building scalable fintech systems.

In this role, you will lead a team of talented developers, guide architectural decisions, and remain deeply involved in hands-on coding and system design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced fintech solutions.
• Stay hands-on throughout the product lifecycle: coding, testing, code reviews, and deployment.
• Design and implement modern, microservices-based software architecture.
• Manage and enhance complex systems in advanced cloud production environments.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Drive modernization and migration processes within core services.
• Work with existing code in Laravel (PHP) where needed, in order to refactor and migrate services (requiring strong self-learning ability).
• Contribute to projects that involve C, C#, Node.js, and other modern technologies.
• Explore and implement new technologies and best practices to continuously improve system scalability and performance.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of software development experience, including team leadership.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C and/or C# – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js – Mandatory.
• Experience with Go – Advantage.
• Experience with PHP (Laravel) – Advantage.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes – Advantage.
• Familiarity with Microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines – strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills, system-level thinking, and ownership mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
