The Opportunity

TP is moving from fragmented purchasing to centralized strategic power. We are seeking a CPO to be the architect of our Procurement Control Tower.

This is not a maintenance role; it is a build-and-transform role. You will unify global spend, consolidate our supplier footprint, and drive immediate efficiency. You will move the organization from transactional buying to strategic partnership, leveraging data to command better pricing, compliance, and agility across all regions.

The Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global procurement strategy aligned with TP’s business goals.
• Lead transformation initiatives and supplier consolidation using the Procurement Control Tower.
• Oversee global IT and Real Estate procurement, including spend management and contract negotiations.
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and compliance with global standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global procurement team.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Real Estate, and Operations to integrate procurement into business planning.

The First-Year Objectives

• Execute a global review to drive a minimum of 5% cost reduction across the organization.
• Establish the policies, trends, and KPIs that govern the Control Tower to ensure 100% adoption by TP entities.
• Audit the current procurement team’s capabilities and close skill gaps through training or strategic hiring to build a high-performance unit.

The Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive procurement leadership, with a track record in Professional Services or Technology sectors.
• You must have deep, hands-on experience managing complex IT and Real Estate spend.
• Proven ability to turn around legacy functions and lead large-scale digital/operational transformations.
• Can negotiate with a software giant one minute and present a strategic roadmap to the Board the next.
• Bachelor’s required; MBA or Supply Chain advanced degree preferred.
