A leading software company is seeking an experienced * * Chief Financial Officer (CFO) * * with strong business acumen and deep financial expertise in tech organizations. The role includes strategic leadership of the finance function, responsibility for budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, cash flow management, and full partnership in executive decision-making.

• • Key Responsibilities * *

• Lead all financial operations of the company, including FP&A, accounting, cash flow, budgeting, collections, procurement, and reporting.

• Full responsibility for * * building annual and multi-year forecasts * * , including in-depth analysis and ongoing monitoring.

• *  * Ensure forecast accuracy *  * , analyze variances, and present insights to management and the board.
  

• Prepare * * financial statements * * (quarterly and annual) in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.

• *  * Report to the stock exchange *  *  as required, including periodic, immediate reports and coordination with external advisors.
  

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.

• Manage ongoing relationships with the board, investors, banks, auditors, and external consultants.

• Oversee financial controls, risk management, and continuous optimization of cross-organizational processes.

• Lead fundraising processes, build financial models, and present data to investors (as needed).

• Supervise payroll, contracts, procurement, and financial reconciliations.

• • Requirements * *

• *  * 5–10 years of experience *  *  as a CFO or senior financial leader in a software / SaaS / tech company — required.
  

• Proven experience leading * * forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis * * processes.

• Experience with public company reporting (TASE / NASDAQ) — required.

• Proven track record of meeting financial targets and supporting executive decision-making.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — strong advantage.

• Deep familiarity with financial regulation, software business models, and ARR/MRR metrics.

• Advanced Excel skills and expertise in financial modeling.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with executives, boards, and investors.
