Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Cybersecurity & IT Integration

Important: This is NOT a software-development CTO role. We are specifically looking for a CTO with a strong background in IT integration, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise infrastructure. Candidates with only R&D backgrounds will not be a match.

The Role

As our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will define and lead the company’s technology vision, integration strategy, and service delivery.

This position requires deep experience in IT integration, hands-on infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams working on complex cybersecurity and networking deployments.

The role also require managing vendor relationships, and ensure delivery quality across all client projects.

This is not a software, R&D, or product development CTO role.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Strategic & Technical Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s long-term technology roadmap.
• Evaluate, select, and onboard new vendors, products, and technologies.
• Maintain strong relationships with global tech vendors and partners.
• Oversee solution architecture, quality standards, and delivery best practices.

🔹 Team Leadership

• Manage the technical department (team leaders + engineers).
• Set professional goals, training programs, and certifications.
• Approve recruitment and onboarding of new technical employees.
• Build a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.

🔹 Projects & Operations

• Supervise key projects and strategic accounts.
• Escalation for tier 3 issues and projects.
• Oversee resolution of high-severity incidents and escalations.
• Support project scheduling, resource allocation, and departmental processes.
• Define and maintain internal workflows, documentation, and tools.

🔹 Client & Vendor Relations

• Lead technical engagement with major clients and partners.
• Handle escalations and critical customer issues.
• Represent the company in technical meetings and strategic discussions.

🔹 Innovation & Excellence

• Promote innovation and continuous improvement across departments.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge bases and best practices.
• Establish KPIs for technical quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements: Must Have

✅ 7+ years in senior technical management within IT integration, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, or a similar services-based environment.

❗ Experience limited to software development or R&D is not relevant for this role.

✅ Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.

✅ Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT infrastructure.

✅ Deep understanding of vendor ecosystems: Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, etc.

✅ Strategic vision combined with hands-on technical credibility.

✅ Excellent communication skills.

✅ Fluent Hebrew & English.
