Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Patent Attorney, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include preparing and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patentability assessments, providing due diligence, landscaping, patentabikity and freedom to opratr analyses and advising clients on various aspects of patent law. The successful candidate will work closely with clients across diverse industries, especially high-tech and medical devices, to deliver tailored solutions for protecting and managing intellectual assets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Patent Applications, Patent Preparation, and Patent Prosecution
• Proficiency in Patent Law and Patentability and FTO and landscaping assessments
• Experience conducting thorough Due Diligence related to intellectual property
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage
• Educational background in engineering, computing techologies, physics or a related technical discipline; advanced degrees preferred
• Membership in the Israel Patent Attorneys Association a U.S. patent agebt or relevant certification
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary international team
