Braverman is a family workshop creating handmade fine jewelry, completely made to order in our own workshop. Every piece is designed and crafted individually, and every customer gets a 1-on-1 personal online shopping experience, from first message to finished ring, while we sell to clients all over the world.

We’re looking for an in-house Social Media, Content & Email Manager to tell that story and own our online presence, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest + newsletters & ad creatives.

📍 Tel Aviv (in-office)

⏰ Part-time: ~09:00–14:00, Sunday–Thursday

What you’ll be doing

Social & Content

• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & Pinterest

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar (launches, promos, storytelling)

• Post regular stories, Reels, TikToks, Shorts & pins

• Write fun, clear, on-brand English captions

• Spot trends and adapt them to our world (sounds, hooks, formats)

Daily shooting & photoshoots

• Photograph and film the daily “ready” items in the workshop so we always have fresh, real pieces to show

• Create clean, simple edits using Canva / CapCut / Photoshop (Illustrator or Figma – big plus, not a must)

• Organize and join regular photoshoots (studio / lifestyle)

• Create behind-the-scenes videos and additional product & lifestyle content in and around the studio

Email marketing & newsletters (Klaviyo or similar)

• Own the newsletter strategy – what we send, when, to whom and why

• Come up with ideas for stories, education, promotions, launches, customer love, etc.

• Think through structure, layout and creatives so emails look and feel on-brand

• Create and send ongoing email campaigns/newsletters

• Help build and maintain basic flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back – we’ll help you ramp up if needed)

• Run simple A/B tests (subject lines, creatives, CTAs) and improve based on results

Brand, campaigns & partnerships

• Work hand-to-hand with our marketing / growth on concepts and creatives for paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Display)

• Suggest new angles, campaigns and content ideas based on what you see performing

• Come up with potential collaborations & partnerships (creators, brands, pages, communities) and help turn ideas into actions

• Take ownership of “everything social & online presence” – if it touches how we look and sound online, you’re involved

Reporting & collaboration

• Share simple weekly updates: key numbers, screenshots, what worked, what didn’t, and what you want to try next

• Keep things organized (content library, basic tracking, simple boards)

• Work closely with the founders in a very hands-on, no-politics environment

• This role has real room to grow – more responsibility, more channels, more strategy over time

You might be a great fit if:

• You have 1–3 years experience with social media & content for a brand or agency

• You live on Instagram / TikTok / Shorts / Pinterest and know what works there

• You can shoot and edit clean, aesthetic product & lifestyle content (phone or camera – we care more about taste than fancy gear)

• You’re comfortable adding text, overlays and simple design elements to creatives so they look polished and on-brand

• Your English writing is strong (captions, short copy, simple newsletters)

• You’re organized, proactive, full of ideas and like taking ownership, not waiting for tasks

• You’re able to work from our Tel Aviv office

Bonus points for:

• Experience with e-commerce / fashion / jewelry

• Familiarity with Klaviyo or another email platform

• Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta / TikTok / Google)

• Experience with Illustrator or Figma for more advanced layouts & campaign creatives

• Hebrew for easy day-to-day coordination
