BARZILAI Exhibition Experts, a fast growing and dynamic exhibition design & production house, delivering exceptional exhibition stands worldwide, is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and well-experienced account manager, to lead and manage the day-to-day support of our customers’ accounts.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact between BARZILAI and the customer.
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our designs and solutions, according to show regulations and customer needs and objectives, within a team.
· Responsible for integrating new clients, develop existing client relationships and generate upsells.
· Provide customer service and technical support, optimizing the account.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in account management, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry.
· Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Fluency in French or German language is a plus.
· Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
· Effective sales and negotiation skills to achieve business goals.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
· Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
· Willingness to travel abroad at least 6 times a year.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
· Experience with international clients and exhibitions is a plus.
