The Role

We’re looking for a Data Scientist who is a builder at heart to join the high-performance team behind the decision engines that power 100s of billions of daily transactions.

This is a playground for the intellectually curious. You’ll have “kid in a candy store” access to the entire Digital Turbine data ecosystem. Your mission: hunt for new signals, fuse diverse datasets, and engineer features that give our exchange a significant competitive edge. If you get excited about designing complex models that have a direct and immediate impact on revenue, this is your home.

What You’ll Do

• Design, Build & Deploy: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models at a gargantuan scale (200B+ daily requests), optimizing everything from auction dynamics to user valuation.
• Outsmart the Competition: In our auction-based world, your model's edge directly translates into millions of dollars. You'll go head-to-head with other brilliant minds in the industry.
• Discover & Validate: Proactively explore our vast datasets to find untapped value. You'll then design and analyze large-scale A/B tests to prove your model's impact on live traffic.
• Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with engineers and product managers to see your data science solutions come to life and drive the business forward.

Who You Are

• You have a 2+ year track record of owning end-to-end data science projects - from problem framing and model development to deployment, monitoring, and iteration - backed by an MSc in a quantitative field.
• You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to translate complex data science concepts into clear recommendations for engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• You have a deep, intuitive understanding of the Ad-Tech ecosystem (RTB, programmatic auctions).
• You possess strong foundations in algorithms, statistics, and experimental design, with expert coding skills in Python and SQL.
• You have a "nose for value" - an ability to connect data insights to commercial outcomes - and the self-motivation to achieve something remarkable.

Bonus Points: Expertise with Spark or other big data technologies.
