OpsKings is hiring on behalf of a partner in the advertising industry. We are managing the recruitment process, and final employment will be with the partner organization.

We are building the partner ecosystem vertical for our business and need someone to own it end-to-end. You'll start by managing inbound leads and distributing them to our affiliate partners, but over time, you'll recruit new partners, build processes, and eventually manage a team.

This is a builder role for someone who wants to own a P&L and scale a department from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming leads: You’ll be the first point of contact for all inbound requests related to our ecosystem partnerships (payment processing, product fulfilment, etc)
  • Understand client needs: Talk to leads to uncover their goals, challenges, and specific requirements.
  • Match with the right partner: Based on what you learn, you’ll connect them with our vetted partners and ensure a seamless handoff.
  • Follow up: You’ll make sure every lead is properly assisted, satisfied, and successfully onboarded with the right partner.
  • Optimize and expand: as the business grows, you'll identify gaps in our ecosystem and add more vetted partners to our roster.
  • Build, train, grow: during all this, you'll create documentation and automations in order to grow this role into your own department, hiring junior roles to handle all inbound leads while you focus on strategy and bigger picture challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • You’re an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly over chat, email, or calls.
  • You have 3+ years experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (e-commerce/SaaS/fintech strongly preferred)
  • You’re organised and proactive, keeping track of every lead until the loop is fully closed.
  • You understand how to balance client needs with business goals and always keep conversations professional and results-focused.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You see problems as opportunities and don't wait to be told what to do.
  • You’re fluent in English (spoken and written).

Compensation:

  • $1,500/month base to start
  • $250 per converted lead (currently ~4-6/month, target 12-15/month by month 6)
  • Realistic Year 1 earnings: $4,000-$6,000/month as you scale the operation
  • Profit share options as you build out the department
