As FP&A Manager, you’ll lead a team of analysts and work closely with senior leaders across the organization. You’ll take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis – shaping the financial future of the company.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Provide monthly performance reports and insightful KPI tracking
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Identify financial risks and opportunities across business units
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, Strategy, and other teams
• Manage and mentor a team of talented financial analysts

✅ Requirements:

• 4–5 years of relevant FP&A experience in fast-growing companies
• 3–4 years of team leadership experience
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong proficiency in English – both verbal and written
