We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who excels at outbound prospecting and engaging senior executives across key industries. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on cold calling, crafting value-based outreach, and managing early-stage sales conversations that convert.

The ideal candidate is not only strong in outbound to enterprise companies but also experienced in handling and converting inbound leads from multiple sources, tailoring follow-ups by source across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Willingness to travel is required. You’ll be representing Revuze at tradeshows and events.

Responsibilities

• Cold-call and prospect for Director & up stakeholders at top CPG, retail, and beauty brands.
• Own inbound lead follow-up across marketing campaigns, events, content downloads, and web forms - personalising outreach by lead source and response SLA.
• Create qualified meetings and a sales pipeline via a mix of phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research and tailor messaging based on account context, role, and trigger events.
• Travel to key trade shows and industry conferences every quarter.
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Share field insights with marketing and sales to improve campaign performance and conversion.

Requirements

• 2+ years in an SDR or BDR role with heavy outbound and cold calling experience targeting senior decision-makers.
• Strong ability to work inbound leads with personalised follow-up strategies
• Outbound cold calling experience - a must
• Demonstrated success converting leads through high-touch, multi-channel outreach.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and in-person engagement at industry events and customer sites.
• CRM and sales engagement tool proficiency (Salesforce & SalesLoft)
• Energetic, resilient, and highly motivated to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
