Job Description:

The Telfire sales team needs an experienced field sales manager, a hunter with a passion for the world of sales, a high technical orientation and a desire to lead to a new position.

As part of the role:

•Meeting annual sales targets for fire detection systems, cloud services and software for controlling and monitoring buildings and infrastructure sites, while focusing on growth and increasing the customer portfolio.

•Recruiting new customers while retaining and nurturing existing customers.

•Ongoing management of working relationships with distributors - including training on new products and providing professional and high-quality responses.

•Overall responsibility for the sales process, from locating potential customers to closing the deal.

•Independent field work nationwide.

The role:

• At least 5 years of experience in sales of multidisciplinary systems (hardware + software) – required.

• A true "Hunter" – high sales awareness, hunger for success and ability to meet monthly targets.

• Background and experience in the low voltage field – a significant advantage.

• Prior familiarity with the field of fire detection and extinguishing systems – a notable advantage.

• Good English – required.

• Strong technical orientation and ability to quickly learn technological products.

• Proven experience in opening doors and creating relationships with new customers.

• Ability to independently manage the sales process, including planning and time management.

• Willingness to work extensively across the country.
