We’re looking for a Digital Director to join our senior leadership team and lead an independent, cross-functional squad.

This role includes direct management of Media and Client Management teams, alongside matrix management of other professional units- Creative, Data, SEO, Content, and more.

It’s a senior strategic-business position that combines ownership of key client relationships with full responsibility for their growth, profitability, and digital innovation.

The Digital Director acts as a “mini CDO” for the clients under their responsibility- building long-term partnerships, driving sustainable value, and orchestrating cross-functional activity under one unified voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an independent business squad including Media, Client Management, and additional professional teams.
• Own the strategic and marketing dialogue with client C-Level executives, maintaining a holistic view of their entire digital ecosystem.
• Build annual and multi-year digital roadmaps, integrating innovation, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Expand and optimize client portfolios through Upsell / Cross-sell opportunities and effective business pipeline management.
• Lead strategic presentations, business proposals, and cross-disciplinary marketing projects. Manage and develop the internal team (senior and junior members), including structured 1:1s and team routines.
• Analyze reports and data to extract actionable business and marketing insights.

Requirements

• Proven managerial experience in a digital agency, consulting firm, or large organization.
• Strong business and marketing acumen with the ability to lead strategic discussions with senior executives.
• Deep understanding of media, data, and performance disciplines, advantage for experience in the financial sector.
• Solid grasp of cross-disciplinary workflows (SEO, Creative, Content, Data).
• High proficiency in digital tools: Asana, Data+, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• High AI literacy and practical experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Native Hebrew- required.
