We’re looking for someone from the world of industrial logistics who truly understands how systems operate in real-life environments —

someone who can take a physical product, technology, and operations

and turn them into a stable, scalable, and efficient system for global markets.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just “manage a product,”

but builds processes, standards, and a way of working.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end product & operations ownership: planning, monitoring, safety and quality
• Build scalable service and operational models for global markets
• Own quality, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Design systems that reduce costs, improve efficiency and scale reliably
• Work across hardware, software, operations and supply chain
• Help shape a technology-driven platform (data, monitoring, automation) on top of physical products
• Define KPIs, SLAs and data-driven decision frameworks

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in industrial logistics / supply chain / operational systems
• Proven experience managing complex, global products or services
• Deep understanding of quality, process optimization and cost reduction
• Systems thinker – able to turn complexity into structured, scalable solutions
• Comfortable working with data, monitoring tools and operational platforms
• Hybrid mindset: hands-on execution + strategic thinking
• High-level English (global work environment)
