As we continue to scale our global operations, we are looking for Operations Associates to support the end-to-end execution of our mapping projects. This role is ideal for organized, proactive individuals who excel in coordination, communication, and keeping operational processes running smoothly.

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate, you will support the daily operations of large-scale mapping projects across multiple regions. You will work closely with Field Ops, mapping partners, supervisors, and internal teams to ensure schedules, documentation, logistics, and workflows are managed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational coordination across Field Ops, mapping partners, and internal teams.
• Manage scheduling needs, daily trackers, updates, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and flag delays, blockers, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain data accuracy in operational spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Assist with logistics: device allocations, equipment tracking, shipments, and inventory updates.
• Communicate daily updates, follow-ups, and requirements to supervisors and external teams.
• Help prepare reports, summaries, and operational insights as needed.
• Ensure smooth execution of recurring workflows, maintaining consistency and reliability.

Requirements:

• Fluent English at a high level
• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple operational queues simultaneously.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, dashboards, and workflows.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Experience in operations, logistics, coordination, or administrative roles — a plus but not required.
