Tondo Smart develops a cloud-based platform that manages, protects and optimizes critical urban infrastructure –from the ground to the air –using advanced sensors, smart electricity meters, AI and real-time analytics. Our platform turns essential infrastructure into a secure, scalable smart-city network that improves safety, asset health and operational efficiency at city scale.

We are looking for B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems track) — graduated with excellence for a project management role– working directly with the CTO.

What will you be doing?

• End-to-end project management: timelines, task prioritization and coordination between Product, R&D, QA and Operations
• Translating User Stories into detailed specifications: flows, screens, integrations and usage scenarios
• Working closely with the CTO and the Product Manager on executing the product roadmap
• Identifying bottlenecks, pushing projects forward and making sure all loose ends are tied before delivery to customers
• Driving product compliance and certification processes

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems track
• Graduated with excellence from a major university
• Experience in Product Management or Project Management in software / IT – an advantage
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; hands-on, “get things done” mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Highly proficient using Microsoft Office tools
