**Role Description
**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Or Yehuda for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage accounting processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide financial reporting to guide management’s decision-making. The role also includes performing financial analysis, managing budgets, and working closely with key stakeholders to optimize financial operations and strategies.

**Qualifications
**

• Strong expertise in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
• Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and support business decisions
• Background in Finance, including budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
• Experience in a manufacturing or technology-related industry is a plus
